Born in November 15, 1986, Sania Mirza is only Indian tennis player to achieve highest ranked female tennis player ever from India. She reached her career high of 27th in singles and 18 in doubles. She was born into a humble Muslim family in Mumbai. She was brought up in Hyderabad. She started playing tennis at the early age of six. In 2003, she started playing professional tennis.
